1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.

We recommend arriving at least 5–10 minutes early to ensure your service starts on time.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, with full service charges still applying.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
3. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

We accept cash and approved credit/debit cards. Accepted payment methods may vary.

4. Refunds & Redo Policy

All services and products are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us before leaving the salon.

Redo services may be offered at our discretion within 48 hours of the original appointment, provided the issue is due to workmanship and not customer-caused damage.
5. Health & Safety

Please inform our technicians of any medical conditions, allergies, infections, or injuries prior to receiving services.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety.

Clients with contagious nail or skin conditions may be asked to reschedule.
6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
7. Children & Guests

For safety and comfort reasons, children must be supervised at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a child or guest disrupts the salon environment.
8. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a respectful and professional environment.

Abusive, inappropriate, or threatening behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

9. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

10. Photos & Marketing

We may take photos or videos of our work for marketing purposes.

By receiving our services, you grant us permission to use such images unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

Our salon is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from services when clients fail to disclose relevant health information.
