1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.

  • We recommend arriving at least 5–10 minutes early to ensure your service starts on time.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, with full service charges still applying.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

  • We accept cash and approved credit/debit cards. Accepted payment methods may vary.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refunds & Redo Policy

  • All services and products are non-refundable.

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us before leaving the salon.

  • Redo services may be offered at our discretion within 48 hours of the original appointment, provided the issue is due to workmanship and not customer-caused damage.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please inform our technicians of any medical conditions, allergies, infections, or injuries prior to receiving services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety.

  • Clients with contagious nail or skin conditions may be asked to reschedule.

6. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

7. Children & Guests

  • For safety and comfort reasons, children must be supervised at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a child or guest disrupts the salon environment.

8. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • We maintain a respectful and professional environment.

  • Abusive, inappropriate, or threatening behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time.

9. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Expiration dates and specific terms may apply to promotions.

10. Photos & Marketing

  • We may take photos or videos of our work for marketing purposes.

  • By receiving our services, you grant us permission to use such images unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

11. Liability

  • Our salon is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from services when clients fail to disclose relevant health information.

  • Services are provided at the client’s own risk.

12. Changes to Terms
