Returns & Refunds

1. Services

  • All nail services are non-refundable once they have been completed.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we may address your concerns immediately.

  • We may offer a complimentary redo or adjustment within 48 hours of your original appointment, at our discretion.

  • Redo services apply only to issues related to workmanship and do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

2. Products

  • Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

3. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

4. Deposits

  • Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduling is made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

6. Online Bookings

  • Refunds for online bookings, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or redos in cases of repeated abuse of this policy.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
