1. Services

All nail services are non-refundable once they have been completed.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we may address your concerns immediately.

We may offer a complimentary redo or adjustment within 48 hours of your original appointment, at our discretion.

Redo services apply only to issues related to workmanship and do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
2. Products

Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
3. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
4. Deposits

Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduling is made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
6. Online Bookings

Refunds for online bookings, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or redos in cases of repeated abuse of this policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.
